Banished To The Empire's Worst Territory, But My Population System Paid Me For Every Subject

What the story is about

After being exiled to a destitute frontier, Lorian Bauhinia gains a system that pays him one silver coin each day for every living, legally registered resident in his territory. He uses the income to rescue refugees, improve living conditions, build industry and an army, and turn his neglected settlement into a rising power.
