Terms of use

What the site does

The site organizes publicly available YouTube recap videos so they're easier to find. It doesn't host, upload or modify any video. Every video plays from YouTube and counts toward its channel.

Who owns the content

Videos, titles, thumbnails and descriptions belong to their creators. Manhwa stories and artwork belong to their authors and publishers. manhwarecaps is not affiliated with YouTube, Patreon, the listed channels or any publisher.

YouTube's terms

Embedded videos are provided by YouTube and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Fair use of the site

Please don't scrape the site at scale, try to break it, or use it to mislead people about who made a video.

Requests, votes and title suggestions should be honest and free of spam.

Accounts and comments

An account is optional and free. You need to be at least 16, or have a parent's or guardian's consent. Keep comments civil and spoiler-free where possible: comments are checked by an automated filter and by me, and I may hide comments or close accounts that break these rules.

You can delete your account any time on the account page. How your data is used is explained in the privacy policy.

Patreon support

Support is voluntary and handled entirely by Patreon under their terms. It funds this site and my own recaps, never the other channels listed. See Support the site for details.

No guarantees

The catalog is provided as is. Titles, part numbers and original manhwa names are matched by hand and can be wrong. Videos can be removed by their owners at any time. Report mistakes and I'll fix them.

Changes

These terms may change as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version.
